Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

A paper's path from eligibility to publication, in five checkpoints.

01

Eligibility

Papers must be English-language, original research or application work representing previously unpublished results. Duplicate submissions to other venues are not allowed.

02

Submit via OpenReview

Upload your paper as a single PDF document through the OpenReview system — see the panel on the right for the link.

New OpenReview profiles without an institutional email are moderated and can take up to two weeks to activate. Institutional emails activate automatically.

03

Formatting

Follow Springer's CCIS style and keep papers to 14 pages or fewer. LaTeX is required only for camera-ready versions.

04

Review

Submissions are evaluated on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. A paper with interesting results that doesn't justify a full paper may still be accepted as a short paper.

05

Publication & presentation

Accepted papers, including short papers, are published in the Springer CCIS series. At least one author must register for SADASC 2027 and present the paper at the conference for it to be included. Extended versions of selected papers will be invited for publication in indexed journals.
